How can a group already be advertising that they will be doing MAMMA MIA?
A local school has posted a video on facebook announcing that they will be doing MAMMA MIA in March 2019. I realize that the rights will be available and they can apply and potentially do it in that time frame, but it is unfair that they have jumped the gun in making this announcement. I thought the stipulation was that there can be no promotion of doing a show until the rights have actually been secured.

Can we add a make-up show due to weather?
Hi we are performing Seven Brides for Seven Brothers here in Manassas, Virginia for the next two weekends. We are licenced for 5 performances. We are now expecting a freak snow storm that is likely to cancell two of our performances this weekend. Are we allowed to add a matinee next weekend on the 15th? We would still be short one of our shows, but that would allow us to have 4 performances?
If that is fine with you, could you send me an email stating that is the case so that MT Pit will allow us to extend our rental of their orchestrations also.
Thank you so much for your time and attention to this matter!
Sincerely,
Erin Vander Woude, Producer.

How soon can we get the 'Little Shop of Horrors' orchestrations?
We like to have our students start to learn these songs early in the semester in their band course. We'd like for them to start learning it at this time and ws wondering if we could get the materials early for this reason. Is this a possibility?
