On Wednesday, November 27th, the MTI office will close early at 1 PM ET for the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. Office operations will resume on Monday, December 2nd.
Although the show is restricted right now and is not yet available for amateur production, is it possible to perform songs from the show in a scholarship competition setting , such as the KCACTF Richard Maltby Jr. Musical Theatre Award Competition?

Hello Matt,
There is an Individual Rights Application & Permission form available on our website at:
http://www.mtishows.com/sites/default/files/indiv_rights_app_permission_...
A teacher or faculty advisor can fill out this form and submit it to their customer representative and we are happy to sign off on it for the song to be used in a competition.

HI Matt!
Normally we don’t have a problem allowing people to perform songs from shows for this type of competition. We don’t supply music for it though, especially if it is not released, as we probably don’t have materials in any case. I would suggest you contact your MTI representative and he or she will be able to give you the latest info. Best of luck with this endeavor!
